JOB SUMMARY: The ACS Support Technician plays a crucial role within Clair's preparation team, focusing on assembling racks and testing equipment tailored for various events based on daily requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The qualifications outlined below reflect the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of this role while exercising appropriate judgment and discretion.

  • Understanding of audio equipment preparation processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy to ensure production meets expected quality and quantity standards.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Capability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic, client-focused, and demanding environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain a positive demeanor under challenging circumstances.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory for this position.
  • Proficiency in motivating and leading a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management using an ERP system.
  • Willingness to work overtime on short notice, including weekends, as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Preferred experience of 2+ years.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Adhere to and complete the preparation checklist.
  2. Utilize Finesse and Inventory systems on shop floor computers.
  3. Work closely with Operations, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure all equipment is thoroughly tested and operational for event delivery.
  4. Stay updated with work-related emails and notifications.
