Our Client is seeking a Change Management Specialist to provide strategic and tactical support on a series of priority modernization initiatives related to data and digital strategy.

While this role is remote, must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times during standard working hours (MST).

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • PROSCI or CCMP certification

  • Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users) (5+ years)

  • Experience developing and delivering training materials including documentation, computer - based training modules and training videos. (5+ years)

  • Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans. (5+ years)

  • Experience in a change management role - applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs. (5+ years)
