The selected applicant will be responsible handling a high volume of employee inquiries who are at client sites throughout QC & ON to assure smooth flow in day to day operations within the business. Responsibilities:

  • Assure project deadlines are met consistently by field technicians
  • Assure lab employees adhere to safety and best practises
  • Communicate with various departments to assure quality within operations
  • Ensure customer retention
  • Supporting the training and development of office staff
  • Assure quality of employees work
  • Supporting team with necessary tools to complete their roles successfully
  • Handling issues for employees
  • Supporting HR with process
  • Assure compliance of the office
  • Assure accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis
  • Assist manages in creating operational budgets
  • Coordinating employee events as well as community events


Qualifications:

  • 5 years managerial experience within a high volume role
  • Experience managing more than 20 employees
  • Successful candidate will hold a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with calibration would be an added bonus
  • Strong scheduling capabilities with proven track record
