Title: Director of Data Analytics and Enablement

Department: IT, Analytics and Privacy

Job Overview: The Director of Data Analytics and Enablement will lead the strategic and operational aspects of data analytics to drive business insights and decision-making. This role is responsible for enhancing the data analytics capabilities across the organization, ensuring data governance, and enabling a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  2. Lead a team to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the analytics team.
  4. Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data throughout the organization.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
  6. Oversee the management of analytics tools and data platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
  7. Drive the adoption of data analytics best practices and standards across the company.
  8. Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  9. Manage the analytics project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
  10. Support and oversee the financial system, data infrastructure, ETL process and automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  4. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data privacy regulations.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  6. Experience with analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Microstrategy, etc.
  7. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive innovation in analytics.
