Tu seras en charge de

  • Gérer l'arrivée et le départ de nos clients
  • Gérer la facturation des clients
  • Vérifier l'exactitude des données dans les systèmes
  • Vérifier que les tarifs appliqués sont en concordance avec la politique commerciale de l'hôtel
  • S'assurer que tous les appels téléphoniques sont pris en charge rapidement et efficacement
  • S'assurer de la satisfaction de nos clients au quotidien
