Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Kenora Travelodge. As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Resolve complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process group arrivals and departures, including taking, canceling, and changing room reservations
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area to guests
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
