We are looking for our next great colleague to take on the role of part-time Night Auditor. Reporting directly to the Front Office Management team, the part-time Night Auditor is responsible for the nightly reconciliation of all hotel postings and successful transition of all systems, programs, and processes to the following day. The Night Auditor also ensures all relevant reports are printed and distributed appropriately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Completing end-of-day activities, including posting of all charges to correct accounts.
- Running night audit backup and rolling all systems to the following day.
- Processing all payments, including all in-house, room, cash, cheque, debit, and credit charges.
- Processing adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges.
- Handling all incoming telephone calls in absence of dedicated Switchboard Operator.
- Performing all guest arrival and departure duties in an accordance with established company standards and procedures.
- Balancing and dropping receipts according to Accounting specifications.
- Printing emergency lists and reports.
- Performing additional duties, as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- One year of previous experience in a similar capacity within an upper-upscale hotel.
- Must be available for Friday and Saturday night shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to work with maximum accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail, maintaining a keen sense of urgency at all times.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Must be self-directed, motivated, and demonstrate exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook, Opera Property Management System, and Micros.
- Knowledge of WorkSafe, WHMIS, and safety procedures.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs of a 24/7 hotel environment, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
