As a Sales and Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding customer base through effective marketing strategies and direct sales efforts. You will play a key role in promoting services to potential clients and securing new contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Generate leads through door-to-door commercial and office appointments.
  • Make phone calls to prospective clients to book appointments and present services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for door-to-door appointments.
  • Competitive hourly wage with commission on closed deals.
