Le rôle de Responsable de l'identification des risques et des événements émergents est crucial pour une gestion efficace des risques. Cela implique :

Responsabilités

Superviser et surveiller la détermination, l’évaluation, la surveillance et le contrôle de toutes les catégories de risque à l’échelle de l’organisation, y compris :

  • Assumer la responsabilité du cadre de repérage des risques.
  • Gérer les inventaires des équipes Gestion globale des risques.
  • Fournir des conseils et de la formation aux chefs des équipes Repérage des risques.
  • Effectuer l’évaluation des risques et l’analyse des scénarios des événements.
  • Administrer et maintenir les activités du programme de gestion du risque.
Exigences du poste :
  • Études postsecondaires.
  • Au moins dix ans d’expérience dans les services financiers.
  • Qualifications en crédit et compétences associées.
  • Compétences en communication, analyse et résolution de problèmes.
  • Connaissance d’expert des pratiques en matière de gestion du risque.
