Based out of our Head Office in Saint John, NB we are currently seeking a Benefits Coordinator to work as part of our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team.
As a Benefits Coordinator, you provide excellence in benefits support to our employees, including administration of benefits plans and working with our employees across the organization. You will also be responsible to continuously improve service by looking for and implementing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely, accurate and efficient administration of employee benefits
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and annual benefits reenrollment activities
  • Work with Human Resources Business Partners in the various JDI Divisions
  • Process transactions through various systems (Oracle HCM, Flexit360, Maax, Sun Life, InfinityHR)
  • Leverage technology to provide effective and efficient customer service to our employees
  • Identify and recommend solutions for process improvement opportunities and participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma with related experience in benefits or human resources administration preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while delivering excellence in customer service
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to effectively prioritize workload
  • Eagerness to work in and contribute to a highly collaborative team
  • Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to employees’ personal and private information
