Principales responsabilités :

  • Assurance de la qualité : Assurer l'intégrité et la traçabilité des données, apporter des corrections critiques conformément aux exigences réglementaires, contribuer à la production de produits pharmaceutiques de haute qualité.
  • Environnement d'équipe collaboratif : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les analystes et le personnel de R&D, en apportant son soutien et son expertise dans l'utilisation des instruments et le dépannage, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et efficace.
  • Prise de décisions stratégiques : Jouer un rôle clé dans la recommandation d'achats et de remplacements d'instruments, en contribuant à des solutions rentables qui améliorent la qualité et l'efficacité conformément aux pratiques cGMP.
  • Gestion de la documentation : Superviser la tenue des dossiers d'étalonnage et de maintenance, ainsi que la documentation relative à la conformité des logiciels, en veillant à la tenue méticuleuse des dossiers conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.
  • Résolution proactive des problèmes : Utilisez vos solides compétences en matière de dépannage pour identifier et résoudre rapidement les problèmes liés aux instruments et aux logiciels, afin de minimiser les temps d'arrêt et de maintenir l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Planification stratégique : Diriger la préparation de documents tels que les spécifications des besoins des utilisateurs (URS) et les propositions de dépenses d'investissement (CAPEX), afin de prendre des décisions éclairées en matière d'acquisition et de gestion des instruments.
  • Gestion du changement : Initier et clôturer les contrôles des changements liés à l'introduction ou à la mise hors service d'instruments et d'équipements, en garantissant des transitions harmonieuses et le respect des normes réglementaires.


Qualifications :

  • Formation : Minimum d'un B.Sc. ou d'un DEC en chimie analytique, fournissant une base solide pour la compréhension des instruments de laboratoire.
  • Expérience : Un minimum de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en laboratoire d'analyse dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou des soins de santé, avec un accent sur l'entretien, la vérification et l'étalonnage de l'équipement.
  • Expertise technique : Maîtrise du dépannage des équipements et des instruments, avec une grande capacité d'analyse et une connaissance approfondie des pratiques d'entretien et d'étalonnage des laboratoires.
  • Conformité réglementaire : Compréhension approfondie des principes de bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) applicables aux opérations de laboratoire, garantissant le respect des normes réglementaires.
  • Compétence en matière de logiciels : Connaissance pratique approfondie de l'équipement de laboratoire et compétence en tant qu'administrateur de logiciels d'instrumentation de laboratoire, permettant une gestion efficace de la conformité des logiciels.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Compétence bilingue en français et en anglais, avec d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale en anglais.
  • Compétences non techniques : Solides capacités d'organisation, excellentes compétences en matière de suivi, adaptabilité et capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
