Job description:
Act as the first point of contact, addressing customer inquiries about products and services.
Handle essential daily tasks such as preparing shipping documents, invoices, sales orders, and picking slips.
Inform customers about out-of-stock items and provide expert knowledge on our products and services.
Address and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Support the invoicing process and maintain accurate customer data in the company's CRM and other systems.
Continuously enhance skills through training sessions, with a focus on mastering our CRM and related platforms.
Foster strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
Work closely with team members and other departments to deliver a consistent customer experience.
Ensure adherence to daily and departmental procedures.
Carry out additional tasks as required to maintain departmental efficiency

Qualifications:
Proficient in French/English , both written & spoken to communicate effectively with our customers across Canada.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.
Commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
One year of experience in a similar bilingual role.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: $20.00 per hour
