Made up of overachievers and networking experts, we take excellent customer service to the next level The end goal remains unchanged - making each prospective resident's experience with us nothing short of exceptional.The Lifestyle Director role is an incredible opportunity for an enterprising and self-directed sales professional who brings a demonstrated track-record in sales, a drive for results, and who genuinely enjoys interacting with seniors.The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:Consultative sales process to help seniors and their families make informed decisions when choosing a retirement residenceDrive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales targetsManage telephone inquiries and convert to personal visit bookingsConduct personal visits, follow up on leads, and close sales through lease signingsTrack sales activity in the CRM database and analyze reports to identify sales trends specific to the community and residenceDrive referrals and traffic while building a qualified lead database within the target marketDevelop, promote and implement marketing plans and eventsThe ideal candidate will possess:5+ years experience in salesThe ability to successfully follow an established sales process, including prospecting and closing sales transactionsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to network, multi-task and promote servicesKnowledge of the surrounding area and communities, valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehiclePreviously worked in healthcare or retirement residency industry is an assetWe offer sales bonus and incentives along with salary and benefits commensurate with the experience of the incumbent.If interested, please submit your resume for review.
