The Lifestyle Director role is an incredible opportunity for an enterprising and self-directed sales professional who brings a demonstrated track-record in sales, a drive for results, and who genuinely enjoys interacting with seniors. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Consultative sales process to help seniors and their families make informed decisions when choosing a retirement residence Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales targets Manage telephone inquiries and convert to personal visit bookings Conduct personal visits, follow up on leads, and close sales through lease signings Track sales activity in the CRM database and analyze reports to identify sales trends specific to the community and residence Drive referrals and traffic while building a qualified lead database within the target market Develop, promote and implement marketing plans and events The ideal candidate will possess: 5+ years experience in sales The ability to successfully follow an established sales process, including prospecting and closing sales transactions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to network, multi-task and promote services Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities, valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle Previously worked in healthcare or retirement residency industry is an asset We offer sales bonus and incentives along with salary and benefits commensurate with the experience of the incumbent.
