N Manufacturing are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Coating Machine Operator to join our industrial painting and coating team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining coating machinery to ensure high-quality finishing on all products. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.Applicants must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.Job Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Select and mix suitable paints or coatings and operate automated metal coating machines that move products through cleaning, rinsing, and plating processes.Set up, operate, and monitor equipment used to prepare items for the application of protective or decorative coatings.Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications to determine accurate coating requirements.Clean and maintain coating equipment, paint small components, and perform touch-ups using brushes when necessary.Prepare and apply stencils, decals, and other decorative elements on finished products.Operate spraying and coating machinery to apply uniform finishes to various surfaces.Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and organized production environment.Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory of paints, coatings, supplies, and related materials.Key Qualifications:Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong oral and written communication abilities.Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple taskseffectively.Reliability, initiative, and sound judgment in decision-making.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, includingbending, crouching, and kneeling.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
