By adding awesome talent to our team, serious dedication and persistence, and keeping the guest in mind, we've grown to 45 Canadian Brewhouses, 1 Canadian Icehouse, 5 Banquet Bars (second restaurant concept), 41 Plantlife Cannabis dispensaries, 5 Ribeye Butcher Shops, and will soon be opening The Italian Bakery's Tesoro


As the Manager of Analytics, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will lead a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to uncover opportunities for optimization and improvement across all aspects of our business.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support business objectives and drive performance improvements across all departments.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, including sales transactions, customer feedback, marketing campaigns, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and monitor business performance.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and departmental leaders to inform strategic planning and decisionmaking.
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to anticipate future trends and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data science, and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to build analytical capabilities across the organization and foster a datadriven culture.
  • Drive crossfunctional collaboration and knowledgesharing to ensure alignment and integration of analytics initiatives with business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strategic mindset, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry and familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus.
