Project Manager
As a Project Manager at State Window Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of your assigned projects from start to finish. Your duties will include:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of construction experience.
Working Conditions:
- Office setting and site visits.
- Required use of PPE for all site work.
- Full Health and Safety training.
- Flexibility to work overtime.
Required Skills:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to read architectural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of industry products and systems.
- Experience mentoring Project Coordinators.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Procore, and other internal software.
Job Specific Duties:
- Study project documents to ensure accountability.
- Prepare project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate meetings with various team members.
- Review and approve shop drawings.
- Address issues proactively and provide solutions.
- Prepare project status updates and reports.
- Collaborate with Field Managers and site staff.
- Attend scheduled meetings and maintain project timelines.
- Work with Finance on project cost management.
- Represent the company in business interactions.
