Project Manager Job Description

At PAL Aerospace, we're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, work back schedules, and leverage budgeting tools to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Manage engineering progress through analysis of earned value, cost-performance, and schedule performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and strategic growth.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and design criteria in engineering disciplines.
  • Develop and implement project close-out procedures, documenting lessons learned and feedback for the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
