Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical expertise and administrative support for multiple construction projects
* Leverage necessary team members to prepare design documentation and seek resolution from the design team
* Ensure all owner, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards are followed
* Develop and maintain strong customer-focused relationships with project stakeholders and decision makers

Requirements:

* Postsecondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
* Project Management Professional designation (PMP) is an asset
* Knowledge of construction industry, including building materials, construction specifications, methods, and procedures, safety, and quality management practices
