Marketing Content Coordinator

Based on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Marketing Content Coordinator. This position will report to and support the Marketing Director.

While this position is remote, we are looking to expand our team in Montreal.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Write, review, edit, and update content for social media, company website, marketing materials, and press releases
  • Capture content for various content types (videos, blogs, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides)
  • Conduct research and interviews to learn more about our services and products, and contextualizing your findings
  • Work closely with our business and sales teams on customer or partner facing collateral for sales, webinars, and/or events
  • Assist with coordinating the scheduling and publishing of social media posts across all platforms
  • Manage and maintain the marketing automation tool and update CRM database as needed
  • Coordinate and support all tasks related to business tools, corporate gifts, events and/or conference related materials

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Communications and/or Marketing, or related discipline
  • 35 years of experience in a marketing, content and/or technical writing position

Requirements and Skills:

  • Ability to display both a creative eye and proficiency in capturing and generating engaging written and visual content
  • Ability to create an attractive digital experience for our partners, customers and our prospects so that they agree it is worth their time to find out more about Diabsolut and engage with us
  • Willingness to learn and be comfortable taking direction —balanced with the capacity to generate creative ideas
  • Ability to write clear, consistent, and relevant content that delivers an engaging experience for target audiences
  • A creative mindset and a passion for telling stories and able to write content for web, blogs, brochures, collateral at a high standard
  • Knowledge of Online Analytics (Google Analytics, Trends, Webmaster Tools, Website Optimizer, Keyword Tool, URL Builder)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/AI) and/or graphic design tools and video editing software
  • Knowledge of Web Site Development (Wordpress, Landing pages, Templates, Styles, Basic HTML)
  • Knowledge of Online Lead Funnels (generation, nurturing, scoring and conversion)
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others
  • Selfmotivated and selfstarter with ability to multitask, be proactive and has exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A solid grasp of social media content creation, management, and scheduling
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid business acumen, management, and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with conducting interviews, writing editorial copy and producing visuals

Assets:

  • Bilingual; English and French
  • Experience working with a CRM and Marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing trends, strategies, concepts and best practices
  • Experience working in a B2B company
