As part of the Administration Services team, the accounts administrator handles overdue accounts and processes firm suspensions, terminations, and reinstatements for Chambers Plan clients as part of our industry-leading customer service.


_ The assigned hybrid shift for this role will be 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday._

Qualifications:

  • Previous accounting experience or a background in accounting is recommended
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to remain professional at all times
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Proficient using MS Office
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Previous experience with group benefit plan administration is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
