Bilingual Risk Analysis and Reporting Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between advisors and the internal team within the Chambers Plan Administration Services department. The successful candidate will assist in generating reports, conducting rate assessments, and facilitating renewals. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as this role involves conveying findings across various business lines and establishing constructive relationships with both advisors and internal stakeholders.
As a key contributor, you will be tasked with delivering both standard and customized reports through meticulous analysis and data collection from diverse sources. You will support advisors in determining rates for new and existing accounts, aid in the renewal process, and participate in the development and upkeep of documentation. A proactive approach to process improvement and the ability to lead projects independently are crucial for success in this role. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional mathematical and analytical capabilities
- Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, programs, and processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Adaptability to changing environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL is considered an asset
- Experience with Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan is a plus
