How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

The objective of this position is to increase the existing sales of the regional center at a profitable level and to develop and increase the sales of our Metal Fabrication products and services, through a two-fold strategy: adding new customers and introducing new products and services to new and existing customers.

He will be responsible for coaching and developing the Metal Fabrication Sales Team, coordinating marketing objectives through the sales force, prospecting for new customers and participating and contributing to the regional center's annual business plan.


Sales Team Coaching and Development:

Ensure that each salesperson receives ongoing training in selling skills, sales strategy, product and market knowledge

Encourage team members to seek information and resources to enhance their success with customers and to demonstrate creativity, initiative and appropriate risk taking

Provide each salesperson with specific feedback on their strengths and weaknesses, and work with people to create and implement a developmental plan to continuously improve performance

Assist the Account Executive while visiting customers

Knowledge of the customers/prospects/competition and development of the commercial policy:


  • Knowing the dynamics of the sales territory, identify growth leverage opportunities and competition's strategies in order to build a vision of customers' satisfaction

Know the key players in the market and study market analysis to determine customers' needs, potential volumes, cost ranges and discount rates
-
As part of the marketing strategy develop and implement a customized commercial policy

Define profitability objectives, identifies and implements best practices and develops the action plan based on opportunities and results

Sales and Negotiation:

Coordinate the activities within the territory and of all customers assigned to you

Advise partners on cost-saving methods to reduce operating costs, make recommendations to customers on products and services

Develop sales campaigns to achieve targeted goals

Through Need-Satisfaction
Selling, probe and actively listen to build a clear, accurate and complete picture of what customers require-
Obtain customer commitment, following appropriate procedures when a close is not possible, and close in incremental steps that further the sales process

Coordinate internal sales activities and develop internal relationships:


  • Coordinate sales distribution by establishing and assigning sales territories, quotas and goals

Ensure that all commitments made by the sales territories are met

Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist the account executive in promoting profitable sales

Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs, concerns, interests of others on the Sales Team

Coordinate the Sales Team and other sales-related units, and build and maintain relationships inside the organization
