About the Role

As an E-commerce Sales Manager at EightSix Network, you will be responsible for managing established accounts, primarily focusing on U.S. retailers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth sales analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Crafting compelling product proposals to showcase our offerings and meet customer needs.
  • Overseeing the entire product life cycle, from development to launch and beyond.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. While prior experience in e-commerce or merchandising is preferred, we are open to candidates with a strong background in sales and business development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in Excel and other business software.
  • Outstanding report-writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and proactively address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience or understanding of the e-commerce market.
  • Knowledge of the jewelry industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
