Learning Coordinator - Audit Centre from **anywhere in Canada.

As the Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to implement suitable delivery systems and ensures the effective delivery of various projects.

This includes completing projects promptly and within budget, while fostering relationships with clients, project team members, and external vendors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support on learning projects
  • Consulting with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives
  • Meeting development milestones
  • Overseeing planning activities
  • Managing daytoday project operations
  • Leading meetings, maintaining project documentation, resolving issues and managing budgets

  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Postsecondary degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in Learning and Development or similar position
  • Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of LMS and reporting capabilities
  • Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
