About the Role
This role will support the administrative processes owned by the team, including document control, quality assurance verification, and reporting.

Location: NE, Calgary

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verify and file manufacturing traceability documentation such as certificates of conformance, material traceability reports, and inspection reports
  • Review upcoming orders and prioritize Quality Document Package completion. Complete Quality Document Packages and Green Light shipments as required
  • Review Q-Stop to complete the Technical receiving activities required to release product to Assembly. Ensure all QA related documents are uploaded to SharePoint
  • Complete assigned setout inspections prior to Assembly
  • Verify Product Traceability Reports for upcoming orders with Material Handlers
  • Perform PPAs and Observational Competencies as scheduled in MS Outlook
  • Where any requirements listed above are not met, initiate an NCR. Followup on any QDA initiated NCRs to determine closure status

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum 3 years experience in data entry and technical administration
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills, and drive to follow through to meet deadlines.
  • Proven analytical skills in interpreting data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Ability to work with others in cross functional team environment
  • Comfortable with change, dynamic work environment and ability to perform time sensitive tasks under pressure
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, SharePoint
