The Client Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing quality media operations support to dentsu Canada's Media and Performance brands.

The Coordinator will ensure client-centric focus on best practice, process and policy alignment, as well as continuous improvement.

Manage campaign timelines and deliver operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and to meet or exceed client specifications and expectations of quality.

Engage and maintain relationships across Media Operations, and key partners across all Media brands in Canada.
Partner with planning brands to provide operational support for client contract and records setup and system maintenance.
Support brand leadership in performing client audits.
Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Finance, Business, or related field.

Relevant work experience in media client services or media operations in digital (programmatic, search and social, direct digital) and/or non-digital (Broadcast and Print and Out-of-Home).

Excellent time management and ability to help media operations and planning teams meet urgent deadlines.
Knowledge and proven experience with finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.
