Willowdale Auto Group, with 8 locations through Southern Ontario, is looking for a payroll administrator to join the HR/Payroll team in its St. Catharines/Niagara Region dealership locations.

Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the companies Payroll Manager, the employee will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating with the companies controllers to prepare, verify, and process bi-weekly payroll using ADP payroll software for all salaried and hourly employees
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees with preparation of Employment Agreements and set up in the payroll software
  • Assist in the administration of the Group Benefit platform
  • Complete Records of Employments, as necessary
  • Respond to employees queries pertaining to payroll matters for themselves and any of their subordinates
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality in all matters

Qualifications

PCP DESIGNATION IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT(Or Working Towards It)**- Completed a post secondary education program (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma)

  • Completed (or working towards) the Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation
  • Experience working with a payroll software
  • Good understanding of the _Employment Standards Act_ of Ontario
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines
