What you will do
Our dynamic culture requires you to manage a comprehensive talent program which involves:
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment for our Advisory division in Calgary, handling both local and international candidates.
  • Contributing to our Inclusion Diversity and Equity recruitment and retention strategies, injecting new insights into our approach.
  • Collaborating with our HR teams locally and nationally on strategic Talent Attraction initiatives.
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of business metrics, including financial outcomes and utilization, to proactively source talent.
What you bring to the role
Along with a positive, team-oriented attitude, you should also possess:
  • Over 5 years of recruitment experience covering high-volume national organizations, Executive/Contingency Search, and/or corporate recruitment environments. Previous exposure to professional services would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, offering valuable insights to hiring stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, catering to a diverse group of colleagues and meeting deadlines comfortably.
  • Experience advising executive-level Hiring Managers and managing expectations appropriately.
  • Proven expertise in employing top-notch sourcing and candidate generation techniques.
