We want you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Clinic Recruiter reporting to our Recruitment Manager, Clinics.
The Clinic Recruiter will be responsible for staffing for our clinics in an assigned region. This includes drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens and generating offer letters.
This is a Full-Time, permanent position working 40 hours per week out of Calgary home office.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Using Linkedin, Indeed and various online methods to source candidates
- Conduct and document phone screens and interviews
- Fully utilize our applicant tracking system for sourcing candidates, creating and maintaining candidate profiles
- Providing excellent customer service to both job seekers and colleagues
- Generating reports from our ATS on recruitment activity
- Handling inquires from the clinics on various recruitment topics such as personality assessments, job posting and offer letter creation
As The Successful Candidate, You Have:
- Post-secondary education with a business focus
- 1-2 years experience as junior recruiter or recruitment coordinator
- Comfortable conducting phone screens and interviews
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite of Products and MS Teams
- A team player with a commitment to the success of the business and colleagues
