  6. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  7. Oversee development of communication strategies
  8. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  9. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  10. Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  11. Oversee payroll administration
  12. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
