Provides service excellence to members and guests Answer inquiries over the phone and book appointments Assist in the booking of referral services including booking appointments, responding to emails, answering phone calls, follow up calls and prepare charts for the next day Prepare on-line charts and ensure charts are filed correctly and efficiently Ensures compliance with the Canada Health Privacy act, and Collage of Physical Therapy guidelines; as well as Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulationsQualifications:
Undergraduate degree or diploma in recreation, kinesiology, sport administration or related field is an asset A minimum of two years of administration experience or similar. Previous experience with booking and club management software is an asset Previous experience working in a physiotherapy practice with knowledge of current health care changes is an asset Commitment to a high standard of customer service Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette Strong computer skills; including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WindowsWhy choose us:

This is a Part Time position that reports to the Therapeutic Services & Lifestyle Director. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and Respect in Sport online certifications prior to commencing employment.
