Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Nolan Hill Gates Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information to clients and the public, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and perform data entry.
  • Communication: Relay service to persons with disabilities and provide clear and concise information to clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
Work Environment

Our clinic is located in a convenient location with public transportation available. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
