Provides strong operational support in all aspects of HR systems, databases and data entry ensuring that management information requirements are in place for all assigned Lines of Businesses.

This is a hybrid role with no mandatory days in office. We do expect that the candidate is available to come in for purpose-driven planned, and ad-hoc meetings such as in-person team collaborations, team events, workshops, etc. based on team needs.

About The Role:

  • Maintains the processing and administration of all employee data changes and updates on HR Payroll systems in accordance with policies, procedures and processes.
  • Assist HR Business Partners in maintaining HR activities as it relates to employee queries around compensation, payroll, benefits, announcements and employment letters.
  • Generate and review HRIS, Payroll and all HR related reports on a weekly/monthly basis or as required to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Distribute to appropriate parties.
  • Review reports to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Resolve discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to manager or other appropriate parties.
  • File, sort and scan HR employee files as required.

What You Need to Succeed:

Education:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field.

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge in HR Systems (Dayforce)
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Working knowledge of Benefits and Recruiting practices.
  • Work on tight timelines and manage multiple/shifting priorities.

Skill requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate accurate attention to detail.
  • Written and verbal fluency in French is an asset
