【 Job Content 】
- After-sales service administration
- Preparation of various administrative reports
- Responsible for filing management, including original file collection, organizing, filing and electronic file establishment and maintenance
- Responsible for business follow-up, customer information registration, customer relationship
- maintenance and other follow-up work
- Collaboration and support with other departments
- Other tasks required by management

- Administration de service après-vente
- Préparation de divers rapports administratifs
- Responsable de la gestion des dossiers, y compris la collecte des dossiers originaux, l'organisation, le classement et la création et la maintenance de fichiers électroniques
- Responsable du suivi des affaires, de l'enregistrement des informations clients, de la maintenance des relations avec les clients et d'autres travaux de suivi
- Collaboration et soutien avec d'autres départements
- Autres tâches requises par la direction.
