Job Title:
Non-Residential Team Coordinator

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9-5pm (may include occasional evenings/weekend hours)

This position is responsible for:

  • To assist Community Rehabilitation Managers with program management
  • Evaluation of staff on a regular basis (after 3month probation and annually)
  • Monitoring programs to ensure they meet client needs and follow care standards
  • Scheduling one to one staff meeting
  • Schedule and chair individual service planning meetings for clients on a regular basis
  • Monitoring client documentation as required by Independent Counselling Enterprises policies
  • Liaison with guardians and other service providers as required
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Postsecondary education in rehabilitation or related field _
    required_
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a community rehabilitation environment _
    required_
  • Advanced time management, organizational and effective interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as be a team player _
