# Actively participate in the development and management of bid submissions for both public and private tender calls.# Work closely with clients to define their engineering needs and ensure their satisfaction.
# Oversee and ensure the production of key technical deliverables by the team.
# Validate the compliance of engineering documents issued by the team with specifications, standards, and applicable codes.
# Monitor the financial performance of the engineering team and manage associated risks in close collaboration with management.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Training in administration or PMP considered an asset
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in team management in an engineering consulting environment
Demonstrated skills in team management
Experience in structural engineering considered an asset
Good proficiency in both French and English, both oral and written
