Client Sales Director

Arista Networks is a leading provider of data-driven, client-to-cloud networking solutions for large data center, campus, and routing environments. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team in the Montreal area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted account plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion across a small list of Fortune 500 accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across the Arista product portfolio, including data center and campus networking platforms, cloud-based Wi-Fi and POE switches, routing platforms, and network automation and telemetry solutions.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies and create and execute marketing plans aligned with named accounts and territory.
- Manage and align year 1 to year 3 business priorities across a named account territory and create a business plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Travel to customers and regional partners within the territory to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- 10+ years of sales experience with a focus on developing large major Fortune 500 customers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven navigation of end-user requirements definition through the contracting and resale processes.
- Working knowledge of networking, data center, and/or network automation solutions.
- Demonstrated people skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record of building business plans, documenting processes, and exceeding sales targets.
