Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic professional for the position of
Executive Assistant II.

In this role, you will provide dedicated administrative support to the executives and a broad range of administrative or general office support to the broader team as assigned.

Your work will involve a range of complexity and include but is not limited to:

  • Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction
  • Manage efficiently in a multitasked environment and ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure the optimal level of customer service and integrity is provided
  • Provide accurate, organized and efficient administrative support
  • Collect and track data, research information, sort and distribute mail, balance and process expense reports, schedule and organize meetings, and perform other administrative assignments as required
  • Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; raise issues where appropriate
  • Be an effective teammate and flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities
  • Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Keep others in the immediate team informed and uptodate about the status/progress of projects, and all relevant or useful information related to daytoday activities
  • Report to Executive Vice President (EVP) and provide senior level dedicated executive administrative support
  • Offer advanced level of administrative support and perform diverse range of tasks ranging in complexity

Job Requirements

  • Over 4 years of relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Proficient in using Windows and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • A dynamic professional with strong communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • A highenergy individual who can exercise initiatives with mínimal discretion and be detail oriented to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
