Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Eden Trattoria II. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Italian cuisine, to meet the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
