We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Eden Trattoria II. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high culinary standards.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Work collaboratively with our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
