Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled line cook to join our team at Eden Trattoria II. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and organization.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
