  • Experience in administrative and receptionist roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Mathematical competence and accounting knowledge
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Detailoriented and proactive approach to work
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients
  • Perform production data entry tasks accurately
  • Greet and seat clients for inoffice meetings
  • Process credit card payments and handle accounting tasks such as invoicing and reconciliation
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Assist with general office duties as requested, including filing, scanning, and document management
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations

Pay:
From $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
