Guest Experience

  • Assume ownership of managing Brand training requirements and opportunities for all hotel associates
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Rooms Division of a large hotel
  • Successful implementation of structured training programs
  • College Diploma; University Degree from a Hospitality related program would be an asset
  • Good command of the English language is essential both written and verbal
  • Experience with OPERA is definite asset
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing work priorities
  • Demonstrates advanced interpersonal skills for dealing with guests, associates and all stakeholders
  • Due to the nature of this business, extended work hours are sometimes required; and include weekends and evenings.
  • Must have a valid Canadian work permit
