Data Entry Clerk

  • General Bookkeeping is
    required.
  • Quick Books Experience is
    required.
  • Entering monthly tenant rent roll on all properties; including Shortfalls and no payment.
  • Log income and account funds into the bank reconciliation spreadsheet.
  • Log income and Expense Froms.
  • Log Maintenance Forms.
  • Data enter all income and expense on the Quick Book System.
  • Generate Reports via the QuickBooks System.
  • Upload date into the Real Estate software initially and manage the files on a regular basis.
  • Schedule non profit and minor payments via the Plooto App.
  • Income and Expense for Azcorp Properties.
  • Contacting service providers and management companies.
  • Follow through with small accounts opening and closing minor accounts, while keeping track of account record.
  • Review contracts and generate notes on findings.
  • Research, generate lists and contact service providers and laborers in local areas for best rates for repairs, services and major improvement.
  • Research housing bylaws, housing requirements and credential in local areas.
  • Assorted tasks
