Interpreting MVR and Auto plus reports
Updating client files in our Broker Management System- Power Broker
Assisting other team members in processing applications, endorsements, cancellations etc.
Invoicing
Back up reception

Qualifications :
Knowledge of Broker Management System Power Broker an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of insurance company portals
Previous General Insurance experience an asset
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel
