Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our Head Office team. As part of our administrative team, you will play a key role in supporting our operations with your administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Billing: Prepare and record billing for a portfolio of therapists in FANET, and prepare and record billing for select types directly in Quickbooks as directed by the supervisor.
- Administrative: Process correspondence and ensure information is accurately entered into our client management system, review completed reports for deficiencies and return documents to clinicians and leaders for follow-up and completion, process and format completed reports and follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure receipt by authorized 3rd party recipients, liaise with clients, clinicians, and management to ensure completeness of information or to respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service and responsiveness to our customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using computer software including Microsoft Office suite and customer information systems.
- Ability to analyze and process information (data entry skills).
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- High level of organizational skill and customer focus within a multitasking environment.
- 1 year of experience in client services, billing, and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
This is a full-time, permanent position in a hybrid remote work environment in Concord, ON.
