The Marketing Operations Manager has a high level of influence in developing, planning and

executing multiple initiatives that will create a long‐lasting impact while paving the way for future initiatives that support Medisca's growth and success.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to define the right workflows.
  • Develop customer‐lifecycle management strategies by working with key stakeholders to create and test new initiatives to maximize customer value and retention
(Example:

customer onboarding, acquisition & retention strategies, etc.)

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and optimize lead generation and nurturing strategies that drive prospects and customers through all stages ‐ from lead generation through win/loss ‐ ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Develop marketing & CRM performance dashboards and reports, empowering teams to access actionable insights to build their next marketing initiative.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to develop marketing analytics initiatives, including segmentation, targeting, and customer profiling to create targeted marketing campaigns and automate customer communication.
  • Manage and maintain the full‐range of marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytical tools.
  • Oversee all of the marketing technologies, collaborate with IT to implement strategic additions as determined by the leadership team.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis and interpretation of marketing data to drive actionable insights and improve marketing performance.
  • Establish and enforce marketing best practices, including campaign management, lead management and data governance.
  • Train and educate marketing teams on new marketing processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation and innovation.

Skills, knowledge and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum eight (8) years' of proven experience in marketing.
  • Minimum three (3) years' of proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar managerial role.
  • Experience in planning, driving output and measuring performance.
  • Good understanding of data‐driven marketing strategies and analytics.
  • Good understanding of demand generation tactics and lead conversion principles.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel) required.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in CRM data analysis.
  • Fluent French and English (oral & written) required.
  • This position requires working on marketing materials for Canada, the USA and Australia.
  • Effective communicator, able to impact change and positively influence colleagues.
  • Self‐motivated demonstrate tenacity, resilience and strive to deliver results.
  • Ability to multi‐task: organize, prioritize and execute simultaneous projects, and thrive under pressure whilst working collaboratively in a hyper‐performing marketing team.
