Director of Marketing Operations

Paper Street Media, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing best practices and streamline workflows to optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute on the marketing strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop and execute the vision and long-term strategic marketing roadmap.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure accurate tracking of costs and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights on funnel performance to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management.
  • Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in video and digital types and formats, with knowledge of the evolving advertising landscape.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
