Marketing Operations Director

Paper Street Media, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing best practices, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute on our strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement marketing best practices and streamline workflows to optimize marketing performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute on the marketing strategy and roadmap
- Lead cross-functional efforts to operationalize and optimize projects, including driving accountability
- Provide insights on funnel performance to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure accurate tracking of costs and performance metrics
- Develop insightful presentations that summarize key data, identify underlying trends, and result in actionable strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agency
- Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Fluent in video and digital types and formats, with understanding of asset management, servicing, and ad trafficking
- Knowledgeable of the evolving advertising landscape, including exposure to/experience with digital marketing and media
- Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry
